What is Heart Core Communities?

Heart Core Communities is a collaborative site for school communities and champions working to create trauma-informed and racially just systems that promote healing, justice, and school success. The is where all participants who receive training and consultation through HEARTS or Heart Core Consulting will have access to supplemental materials and resources, including access to online learning courses and consultation sessions among a network of supportive colleagues.
